This policy is demo content for the fictional Saltgate Cellars. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own site actually does.
What we collect
When you write to us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply. When you sign up for The Night Letter or the special nights list: your email address. When you buy tickets or book a group, Stripe and Cal.com process the details you give them under their own policies.
How we use it
Only to answer you, to send what you signed up for, and to deliver what you booked. We never sell personal data. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. If Google Analytics is used too, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us what we keep about you, and to correct or delete it, by writing to the email address on the visit page.
