Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms are demo content for the fictional Saltgate Cellars. Replace them with your own.
Tickets
Tickets are for a time slot. Arrive fifteen minutes early; late arrivals may be moved to the next free slot. You can move a booking up to 24 hours before, or get a refund up to 48 hours before.
Entry
Walk-throughs are for 15 and over (18 for The Drowned Chapel, 12 with an adult for The Night Porter); we may ask for ID. We refuse entry to anyone who is clearly drunk, and to anyone who touches an actor. The safe word ends a walk-through at any time; no refund is due, but a drink at the bar is on us.
Groups and special nights
Group bookings are confirmed once we reply. Special-night tickets can be moved to another date up to seven days before.
